1. Agreement
These terms are between you and SAUDADE MEDIA OÜ (registry code 17537135, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia). By creating a workspace or installing the Kobold app for Shopify you agree to them. If you use Kobold for a company or for clients, you confirm you may accept them on their behalf.
2. Workspaces and accounts
A workspace holds your team, stores, tasks and credits. The owner manages seats and billing. You are responsible for who you invite and for keeping sign-in details safe. Client approval links let people outside your workspace approve one change; treat them like passwords.
3. Connecting a Shopify store
You may only connect stores you own or are authorised to manage. Kobold asks for read_themes and write_themes. It reads your theme, writes to copies it creates, and publishes a copy only after someone with approval rights approves it. You can disconnect or uninstall at any time.
4. Plans, credits and billing
Plans are billed monthly per workspace through Stripe, with a 14-day trial. Each plan includes credits that reset every month and do not roll over. Extra credits can be bought as top-ups. Prices exclude VAT. You can change or cancel your plan in billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. 5. Your review and AI output
Kobold's agents write code with AI. Moss tests every change, but no test catches everything. You decide what goes live: review the before and after and approve only changes you're happy with. You own the theme code Kobold writes for you.
6. Theme copies and rollback
Kobold keeps previous live versions available for rollback for 30 days. Copies stay in your Shopify theme library after that until they are removed. Shopify limits a store to 20 themes; Kobold may remove its own old copies to stay under that limit, never yours.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Kobold to break the law, infringe others' rights, add malicious code, get around Shopify's terms, or overload our systems. We may pause a workspace that does.
8. Liability
Kobold is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect damage. [Legal to review limits and carve-outs.]
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by cancelling and uninstalling. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or right away for serious breaches. Data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law and contact
